Navy Exchange
Benefits
The Catalog and Exchange Online Store are for the exclusive use of
authorized Exchange
customers throughout the world. This includes: Active Duty Military, Retirees Reserves,
National Guard personnel, Department of State Officials serving in foreign countries and
dependents of the above.
Defense Commissary Benefits
With headquarters at Fort Lee, Virginia, DeCA operates a worldwide chain of nearly
280
commissaries to provide groceries to U.S. military personnel, retirees and their families.
Commissary patrons purchase items at cost plus a 5 percent surcharge, which covers
the construction of new commissaries and the modernization of existing stores.
Community Service
The mission of the Navy Community Service Program (NCSP) is to help build
stronger
communities and to develop mission-ready personnel through outreach activities. NCSP
promotes volunteerism and community service to assist in the education and enrichment
of the nations youth and communities and in revitalizing citizenry.

Family Support Centers
We Are the Fleet and Family Support Center Division. We support Sailors,
families, field
support, resources, and information services to people in need, our business partners,
the Chain of Command and our field activities. We accomplish this through planning ,
oversight, advocacy, and research.
